How do I get gas supply at my premises?
How do I register for Online Gas Utility Payments?

Upon receiving an SMS or Email with your Contract No., you may proceed to the New Registration page and complete the process.

How do I change my registered contact details for SMS and Email?
  • Login with your credentials and click on My Profile.
  • Select the Update Customer Information tab and update your details.
How do I get the gas supply disconnected?
What happens once the gas supply is disconnected?
  • Once the service is disconnected the following actions will take place:
    • Final invoice outstanding will be adjusted against security deposit for refund (if any).
    • Login account will be immediately deactivated.
Refund & Final Bill
When and how will I receive my refund and final bill clearance?
  • Payments for refund (if any) will be processed within 10 working days from the date of disconnection of the service.
  • Refunds will be done only through the cheque. 
  • Refund of security deposit cheque will be only issued under the registered customer’s name.
  • Refunds cheques should be collected from Al Fahidi office. Kindly present a valid identification document. Kindly visit the Contact us page for the location.
  • Cheque will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 
In case of gas leakage.
  • Call 050-4515942 or in case of emergency contact 997 (Fire Department).
  • Shut the main gas valve and open the windows for ventilation. Do not turn on or off any electrical switch.
